📦 Order Processing & Fulfillment

• Made to Order: Every item is printed and fulfilled after you place your order — we don’t hold inventory.

• Fulfillment Times:

  • Apparel & Accessories: 2–5 business days

  • Posters, Wall Art, Mugs, etc.: 2–7 business days

🚀 Shipping Times (After Fulfillment)

• USA: 3–4 business days

• Canada: 6–10 business days

• International: 5–20 business days

Shipping estimates do not include fulfillment time.

💳 Payment Methods & Processing

• Credit/Debit Cards: May take 1–3 business days to clear before order processing begins

• PayPal/Venmo: Instant — orders process right away

🔁 Returns & Refunds

Because every item is custom-made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect sizing

• Buyer’s remorse

• Change of mind

Please double-check size charts and product details before ordering.

✅ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives with a misprint, defect, shipping damage, or is incorrect, we’ve got you covered.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number

• A clear photo of the issue

• A brief description

We’ll respond within 3–5 business days and issue a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

⏱️ Refund Process

• Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method

• It may take another 3–5 business days to appear in your account
