Every item is printed and fulfilled after you place your order. We do not hold inventory.
Fulfillment times
  • Apparel & accessories: 2–5 business days
  • Posters, wall art, mugs, and similar items: 2–7 business days

Shipping times (after fulfillment)
Shipping estimates begin after fulfillment is complete.
  • USA: 3–4 business days
  • Canada: 6–10 business days
  • International: 5–20 business days
Payment processing
Payment processing timelines can affect when order processing begins.
  • Credit/debit cards: may take 1–3 business days to clear before processing begins
  • PayPal/Venmo: instant — orders begin processing right away

Returns & Refunds

Because every item is custom-made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
  • Incorrect sizing
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Change of mind
Please review size charts and product details before ordering.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives with a misprint, defect, shipping damage, or is incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue
  • A brief description
We respond within 3–5 business days and will issue a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Refund timeline
  • Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • It may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account
