Platform Purpose

CBLUE Chart is a structured narrative drafting platform designed for EMS, Healthcare professionals, and academic programs.

It is not an electronic patient care reporting (ePCR) system and does not function as a medical record storage system.

Minimal Personal Data

The platform stores only:

• Email address
• Role designation
• Subscription or institutional entitlement status

Academic programs store student email addresses strictly for roster verification. No grades, evaluations, or academic performance records are stored.

Payment & Billing

All billing and payment processing is handled through Shopify’s PCI-compliant infrastructure.

CBLUE Chart does not store credit card or payment information.

HIPAA & PHI Considerations

CBLUE Chart does not store Protected Health Information (PHI).

Narrative content exists only within an active session and clears automatically. Final documentation is transferred by the user into their official reporting system.

Because no patient data is retained, the platform minimizes HIPAA exposure and does not require a Business Associate Agreement (BAA).
